T.S. Ma Chinese Cuisine Launches GlutenFree Menu

T.S. Ma Chinese Cuisine – 5time winner of the Best of Essex Readers’ Choice Awards – is pleased to announce that they have developed a new menu that highlights a widerange of glutenfree specialties, as well as added the ability to modify dishes to satisfy the requests of healthconscious customers.

With the glutenfree food trend rising in the United States, owner, Thomas Ma has spent a great deal of time researching ingredients and testing different cooking methods to ensure his specified dishes are 100% glutenfree and still taste great. Wheatfree soy sauce, starchfree marinades, wheatfree corn starch and potato starch for frying are all new ingredients he now uses. Some of their glutenfree selections are Crispy Broccoli Rods in a Vinaigrette, Crispy Beef Szechuan Style and Sesame Chicken to name a few.
